(More customer reviews)After being fed up with the more expensive iFit RF-3 headsets breaking down rapidly due to flimsy wiring with brittle insulation and the Mercola head sets breaking down even more quickly, within just a week or 2 (at least Mercola's giving me a refund, to their credit), I decided to check one of these out.
Lo and behold, the wiring has proven much more sturdy than the others, with nary a crack in sight, right in the middle of a colder than normal Michigan winter.
The sound quality is not as good as most conventional headsets, but it has adequate volume to do the job.
Another nice feature is the solid rubber earpiece design is less prone to being lost than the little foam things, which come off very easily.
Also, the customer service has been fantastic, with good communication.
Rated 5 stars to balance the unreasonable 1 star ratings that were obviously planted by folks who obviously had a vested interest in SELLING the MORE EXPENSIVE and LESS DURABLE units... selling many and many of them, as they break down again and again and again...
I'm glad I've at last found a head set that is RF safe, and won't cost me well over a hundred dollars per year replacing broken down headsets.
