(More customer reviews)I ordered my tablet directly from Lattezone, and received it in about 5 days. While the overall quality seems to be quite good, I quickly discovered that the internal GPS was inoperative and would not lock-on to any satellites. I sent an email to Latte and received a reply stating that there would be a firmware update that would address this issue.
I subsequently tried to contact Latte by phone as well as email to determine when this firmware update would be available and how it would be implemented. I received no replies to any of my emails and despite waiting on "your call is very important to us" for hours on several different occasions, my calls were never answered.
One of the main reasons for purchasing this tablet was for use with the built-in navigation application, but this is impossible due to the "blind" GPS.
Based on the abysmal customer service, I would recommend a different brand of tablet.
