(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a replacement for a TomTom that was purloined from my vehicle. I was familiar with the name and the length of time they were in the business. Thought they would know what they were doing. Boy was I wrong. My first unit much of the time didn't know where it was or where it was going. It would send me around in circles for no reason. Every time I would leave my home It would want to circle me around the block first. Thinking i had a defective unit, I arranged for a replacement. The replacement is a little better, usually (but not always) knows where it is and usually (but again not always) gets me where I want to go. This unit now has a permanent residence in the glove box as an emergency backup and has been replaced by another TomTom.
