(More customer reviews)My father bought this item. It concerns us because the picture does not match any of the other ones of the Bracketron's that we find on the internet. It also doesn't work as it should. When we try to use it the item we are trying to charge keeps losing the connection with the adapter. We have tried several different items and this happens with all of them. The items work fine if charged via another method. This leads us to believe that the problem is with the adapter.
