(More customer reviews)The metal part of the clasp came undone and my sunglasses were lost until I backtracked for several hours and finally found the case, less the metal part of the spring. It had been attached to my pack and how it totally came off is anyone's guess. I think the design of the clasp is flawed and did not work for me.
Many months later, after one lame attempt to make it right, Civilian Labs has not followed up. No product pride either I imagine.
