(More customer reviews)I received the firefly phone quick enough. Unfortunately, it came with no user's guide or other paper assistance whatsoever. I was able to download info from web, but really thought it should have been with phone. When I had difficulty activating phone, even with user's manual and firefly website, I emailed seller, who responded very quickly with a phone call -- thank you. I ended up needing to buy another SIM card through my wireless provider in order to even activate phone. :( What was the use purchasing a phone with SIM card if it was useless. Luckily, SIM card was minor expense. All in all, not an impressive experience.
