(More customer reviews)...When using the "Vent Mount" feature on this product the weight of my TomTom causes the vent to slope downward. This was easily fixed by placing a small piece of plastic (in this case a thin keychain) into the bottom part of the vent. The mount now stays put and I can actually see my TomTom's screen while driving. This inconvience doesn't exactly ruin the product but it definetly subtracts from it a little and I thought it should be mentioned.
Also, the "Vent Mount" uses two very thin spring-loaded pieces of plastic to mount to the vent. They are very fragile and can easily be broken. A nice feature would have been some sort of metal mount clasps to add some stability to this product.
Still a decent GPS mount for the price.
